A personal project to experience seamless travel with the refreshed TripView mobile app, designed to make finding your destination easier and travel more convenient.
The original TripView mobile app faced several critical issues that hindered user experience and satisfaction. Navigation was cumbersome, making it difficult for users to find their destination and search functionality was limited and not user-friendly, requiring multiple attempts to refine searches.
From the research, I was able to deduce the ideal focus that the app needed. This included simplified alerts, smart-planning routes and in-built map navigation for real-time predicaments.
